john can i get one ,please ,  ;D, mind , once got asked for one , never did send it ,got the job , was 5 level stairs put up warning notice on every landing wet and may be slippy , use banister at all time ,please ,pricks where still running up and down the stairs even jummping missing four steps , at atime ,even vido taped it just in case, no wonder insurance is so dear

You need a newer version of Microsoft Word for that file format.
