They look like porcelain tiles to me. And no they do not need sealing.

Bit confused your site says (but some porcelain tiles require sealing) this a communal area cleaned fortnightly sprayed and terry clothed

Polished Porcelain needs sealing. That one is not polished.

That porcelain can be sealed and it will help with ongoing cleaning. Aqua Mix Ultra Solve is best.
