Like Bees Round Honey!

Recently cleaned the carpets / suite in a posh flat in a nearby respectable area.

On setting up my kit, some bloke asked for a business card promising to call next week.

A couple of hours later a woman in the bottom flat asked for a quote and booked in some work.

Then had another request for a quote in a flat 2 blocks down, booked in for November.

Lastly had a text message from the flat oppostite wanting a quote, which resulted in another job booked in.

If only every day was like this.

The strange thing is:

1. If they all wanted work doing why hadn't they actually looked for a carpet cleaner?

2. If i had flyered the area i bet the chances are they wouldn't have called.

Strange old business this cleaning lark.

I did a drive yesturday booked 2 other while in the cul de sac, both said they were meaning to call but hadn't got round to it.

Procrastination is rife, they need a little nudge to make them take action.... Seeing us working gives them that nudge

I think when people see you they think he seems professional and Mrs Jones is using him.

Yes people do put off things like CC, but mainly because they fear the process of finding a good one. Either it's a big hassle to them, they don't like making decisions, they fear getting it wrong.

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
