One of our best customers has just had a house built and she has asked us to clean and seal the new tiled floors.
The tiles I think are imitation sandstone ( could be real sandstone but she is not sure ) and there is 100 sq. metres of it.
My questions are:
They are not dirty just dusty and the odd bit of grout so would a standard stone cleaner be ok.
Should I pre wet the floor before cleaning.
Do the tiles have to be 100% dry before applying the sealer. ( we have blowers to help drying )
I was thinking of using LTP Mattstone Sealer.
Is it best to apply by a brush, a roller or a microfibre flat mop.
Would 1 coat be ok or would 2 coats be advisable.
We do a lot of vinyl stripping and sealing and this would be our first tiled floor so do not want to cock it up.

Just found out it is tumbled sandstone.
