Carpet Cleaniner who does SEO?
« on: August 31, 2012, 04:33:26 pm »
I remember talk of a guy on here who did SEO for others, but I can't find anything by searching.

Anyone know who I mean?

Thanks

Owen

Crikey Owen,

I mean this in the nicest possible way... You've got a classic case of keyword stuffing there  :D

Try not to think so much as it being cynical, more like not being taken for a mug by idiots.  ;)

It's going to be very interesting for anyone leveraging SEO for money soon.

Why is that Wynne?/
is SEO not going to work soon?

is it all being directed at pay per click?

and if so what happens then? If everyone decides to invest in pay per click you will end up with lots of people paying and being low down in the list.....

I think Google decided a while back that they weren't making a enough money LOL.

In the past they have made chances incrementally and even that has caused havoc in the past.

This time though I really don't think they give a poo and are just going to flip the switch. They ain't fussed if you search for stuff and you only get big brands or irrelevant results, so long as they are being paid they ain't worried. What are you going to do? Of course Netscape said that at the time.

Not quite SEO but when I had a look at the London results today, I see they've rolled out the Zagat rating system on the local results. Interesting
