I'm having trouble making a choice on a gutter cam what do you think would be the best? or could you recommend one.

I've not looked at any of the ones you've listed - but many of the wireless cameras transmit their pictures wirelessly to a monitor - but will still need a power source - often this is a mains transformer plug

a mini dvr 3 like the one here http://gadgetfreakz.co.uk/mini-dvr-3-with-bullet-camera.html but got a different camera to go with it
