I did a job yesterday were there must have been 30 dog wee stains in the hall,10 in the bedroom.
All turned yellow or mid brown. The guy cracked on that he didnt know what the stains were!!!!

I told him that they wouldnt come out and he should save the money used for CC and put towards new carpets.

No just clean the carpets so I know its clean  he said.

I know some have accidents but why do some people let their dogs psss all over their decent carpets

Had a job a month ago they had a puppy, peed all over the house, the living room was the worst. They had a rug under the coffe table, that was the favourite spot he visited most of the time, when I lifted it looked like the pic above. He ruined about 80sqm decent wool carpet and the rug.

I`ll tell you what pees me of, is when your doing a quote and the dogs jumping up on you and doing its best to hit you in the nuts, and the owners making no effort to remove the mute. I`v been so close to whacking them and shout GO AND LIE DOWN.
Then I`d deal with the dog.
Joking apart I find it hard to indulge the situation.

Some people appear to run adverts guaranteeing pet stain removal .

I wonder how they can do this, or what is their get out clause

others offer if we do not succeed no charge , not sure if I would want to waist time trying in some circumstances, and you would need to qualify it is addition to full clean of carpet not part of it
