Everything changes. You will need to adapt or lose out. Windows cant need cleaning every two weeks.

I have approx 25 percent customers on fortnightly  :D they love it.

Then 50 percent on 3 weekly and rest on 4 weekly.

Because from the midlands, south that would be £8 to £10 every 4 weeks or £10 to £12 every 8 weeks
£3.50 although every two weeks just seems so cheap

Unless there is wind, the glass will stay clean almost indefinitely, bird poo exempted. No reeky chimney's to deposit soot, most industrial estate's well out of town, coal mine's a thing of the past. Main road's and town centre work will maybe be in need of a fortnightly wash but normal residential estates...just no need for it so often these day's.

I cleaned a street of house's after 9 week's today and there was hardly a mark on the glass after all that time. How some get away with fortnightly is beyond me to be honest.

I had loads changed them all bar 1 to 4 weekly, the one I kept doing is on a street I have to drive down to get home so he gets done 26 times a year rain or snow and he never complains, the inside have never been cleaned in five years ;D and are brown with nicotine, it takes about 3 minutes and I get £4

If you went 4 weekly and put the price up to £4.50 or £5.00 the customer would save money and providing you got extra customers to compensate you would also earn more money. A win win don't you see.
Two weekly cleans, unless you live by an  active coal mine are not necessary imo and sooner or later when someone offers the customer a more cost effective option., they will change. I also find that some people ask me to quote once or twice a year for in and out, just like the Americans. But we don't follow them. But you must do what you think is best.
