Don't think there is any window cleaning android apps at the moment.

But there are a few Web apps.
Aworka, Buckit.co.uk.

I haven't found anything to replace George on the pc yet.

Although buckit is still being developed by the look of it. So it might get there sometime soon.

Apparently, Styletap had made an android emulator for running palm programs on Windows.

Don't know much about it though.

Although Buckit is a web-app (not an Android-specific app) it runs really well on Android phones (and iPhones).

It detects when you logon using a mobile browser (e.g. the Android Browser / Opera Mini / Firefox Mobile / Chrome Mobile etc.) and redirects you to the "Buckit Mobile" web-app which is specifically formatted for smart phones. This lets you manage all aspects of your round (and business) from your phone.

It's completely free for 2 months so it might be worth giving it a go. If you have any questions, comments or feedback then please let us know as we're constantly looking to improve Buckit - thanks!
