ordered some resin on Wednesday from pure freedom,rang up this morning as it had still not arrived,i could hear them talking and muttering

" hello sir,hhhh,it doesn't seem to show up on the carriers web site,or it didn't go,were not quite sure,but either way you will have it tomorrow or Monday"

well funny enough,i ordered some bits the same day from gardeners and guess what...

THEY DIDN'T PUT A FEW ITEMS IN THE BAG........THEY COCKED UP,YES GARDENERS GOT IT WRONG...........but the big difference was they hadn't charged me for them and they will post asap free of charge so garderners for bits and dagua for the rein

Never had any problem with Purefreedom, they are pretty good. It happens to the best of them.

this is now a f*****g joke,its been 7 days tomorrow when i first placed the order for resin...........and it is still not here

is this normal for purefreedom to provide such bad service as well as there couriers,i am normally placid and take these things in my stride but this is really annoying me now,they have definitely lost a customer

thats strange, normally when i order i always get the next day and have found purefreedom to be excellent, obviously 7 days is really unacceptable, i would write to them explaining how ped off you are

yes,because you live in the same small provincial  country were there is only three of you so you can shout to each other across the glen and lochs
we live in the big country,with more people and therefore more problems

Don't know if it is any use, gardiners sell small 5 ltr tub off resin about £20

window cleaning warehouse smaller amount.

Might tied you over till big shipment comes in

Not great as more expense, just a thought.
