... that an old urine stain will be a bit darker for a while after cleaning?
I cleaned in a nice property yesterday. Lots of carpets and the tiles and grout in the large kitchen. Took all morning to do.
I get a call on voice mail today that I left sissors behind. ( I always seem to leave something!). Also that an old cat stain behind the door that is an orange colour. I dont think I even knew that the old stain was there, and so it had exactly the same treatment as the rest of the carpets which he is happy with.
It has happened before, and perhaps you may find the same, that in cleaning we "resurect" old spillages and stains that have been there for an age, and then get called back even though it's not our fault.
It almost seems as if its best not to even try too hard on old "ground in stains" as we get the blame?
Any thoughts on what to say to a customer beforehand, that old stains may be more visable for a while after cleaning?
Thanks
