Hi all just wanted someone to tell me how i register a Business name before the business is actually setup ? Cheers.

What do you mean by "registering". If its going to be a limited company then you need to check the companies house website to see if the name is already in use. In fact even if its not going to be limited still worth checking in case you step on someones toes.
If its not limimted then you don't need to register with anyone except the inland revenue.
