How long would a tank of water last with your machine?

Thanks
Mark

@Dave - Very much appreciate your offer of help, especially as you just live around the corner :) I'm sure I'll be in touch in the near future.

Thanks to Billy for a chat earlier today, very nice guy and convinced me to investigate the Phoenix further. I've arranged with John Gotts at Hydramaster to have a play with the machine for a day then if it's for me he can have one installed the day after which is handy!

Thanks once again to all for your much valued help.

Anthony

Well its only a 185ltr tank, but I can probably do 2 x 3 bed semi's (3 beds, landing, stairs, lounge, diner, hall each) with a bit left over. Maybe another couple of rooms and a rug if not too minging.

Mr B has a nice setup apart from the hose reel and it has a dog on the decal  ;)
