How do you price gutter clearing?? New

just ordered a gutter vac and should arrive in the next few days. Whats best way of pricing up the jobs? £ per mtr or x amount for a lenghth? any advise would be great

3 bed semi £40- £5O they take about an hour
For me, that's  how I price them.

I've stopped getting my measuring wheel out
On houses and just stick to set price
keep it simple

1.5 a metre ish! Main thing is to look at the gap between gutter and roof tiles. Sometimes you cannot use the gutter vac. I f the gap is rubbish charge more!

£20 per side but if the houses are slightly bigger than normal then £25 per side

We have set prices 3 bed semi £50 stop measuring them a while back

what happens when you charge £20 per side of the house and they have 2 rows of guttering? you also come across many houses that vary in size, I priced one the other week that had 150 meters of guttering around it.

At £20 per side this house would be £80, my price was slighly higher ;Dand I got it :o

i got it off ebay i brought a wet and dry vac from one person brand new and the poles off another . Together about £400  for a 3000wt vac and 20ft poles
