Just putting together a contract of employment for my 1st employee so want to get it right.

Need to write a job description.

Any of your big companies care to share what goes in your job description ?

i would put something in there about delivering leaflets or whatever you have planned for days you cant window clean, and may be required to work on their own at times? just something i would mention.

Here is my paragraph on what you asked

1.   Job Responsibilities

I have also noticed on the free link you have been given, it only shows 28 paragraphs whereas mine has 50, mine was done by a company who specialises in HR and it might be worthwhile you getting one of them to give yours a read though to see if you are covered for all the most important things, most HR companies will offer to do this for free, so I would suggest that you send it to 3 and see if they all point out the same things.
