I used one at Carpex in Coventry 2 years ago when our namesake UK Cleaning Systems had them.

Really nice machine. I could see good applications for us using it as a low moisture cleaning machine for carpets.

They are pricey though so you would need the work first.

Any idea of how much these are?
Is it any good for polishing marble as weight is important, this HOS only weighs 37kg.

Weight of machines is not that critical for polishing marble!  The weight only becomes critical for honing and grinding but there again so is the speed.  The most important thing for marble polishing is the correct polishing powder, a natural hair pad (Hogs Hair is best) and a good quality Mono rotary machine with a motor mounted centrally on the machine.

What is the price for a decent Klindex machine Kev?
Capable of both grinding AND polishing but also, can be used with the cleaning attachments?
I also want a new wet vac and I notice that you do a triple motor, can you give me a price for one of those too.
Any idea of when you are running the grinding course again?

I contacted the company and got the pdf file showing all the products and prices.
They do not sell the heat model anymore, however, if you are still interested, I can email the info to you.

I find this strange. I am speaking with Jeff Hruby today at 6pm and will bring this up for you if you like.

Do you have anything specific you want me to ask him?

No, don't bother, he had an opportunity to sell one last night, he missed it, tuff!! I will be ordering the Levighetor from Kevin, having thought about it it is more suitable for the job and all the parts and back up are here in the UK.
Send him my regards. ;D

No probs. he is over in a couple of weeks.
Will be interesting to see how it performs on lip page.
I hadnt really considered one for floor use only carpets but they seem to think it will perform equally as well.
Will give them a chance to demonstrate on one of my test floors and report back the outcome.

OK, let me know, however, for me it is going to be the Klindex Levigehtor 640, when money allows I will probably update my current cleaning machine with a Klindex Rocky, this is where the HOS machine would have fitted into my stock, I like the up and down movement that it does, especially for the grout lines.

Rob

After our conversation yesterday you don't want something that over complicates things!  Why have something that goes up and down when it's not required because just the correct brush will sort the grout lines.
