I would use M power long dwell
then spm with lots of extraction inbetween, If I were doing it HWE

I would NOT attempt LM

Funny I quoted for a similar job yesterday for one of my regular clients who had friends to stay and the husband had an accident in the night.

Same as Hector

M-Power boosted with soluboost mixed hot 30 min's dwell

but I would also finish off with Cleanguard which offers a broad spectrum kill of germs etc

You need a protein spotter for this Stain Pro or an enzyme product, not SPM or M Power and certainly not long dwell time. Whatever you put on it will in effect liquefy the stain and if left to dwell will sink into the carpet and underlay, making the problem worse, not better. Far better to do repeated applications followed by extraction and keep doing this until you're satisfied you've got it out.

A lot of cleaners use M-Power in Nursing homes etc as it is very effective at dealing with this type of problem. Just because you need to let it dwell doesn't mean you have to saturate the carpet so that it will soak through to the backing. Depending on the whether the poo in question was solid or more liquid it might be necessary to lift the carpet and treat the underlay and the sub-floor anyway. Are Stain Pro or an enzyme going to sanitize the affected area?

No, Richard, that's what Clensan does.

Not used Cleansan but assume it is similar to Cleanguard, but you didn't mention that in your previous post Simon :)

O.K we all have are preferred chemicals / solutions some will do a better or similar job and some might not have the desired result.

All I can suggest to Gary is do a search on M-Power there is lots of previous post's on here about it and its benefits etc.
