Does anyone have a rule of them for coony cleans ?I class a conny clean as all UPVC cleaned and rinsed. Any stubborn marks polished with Cif.Then roof glass and window panels washed.Thats what I class as a standard conny clean. Interior extraDo you charge according to:1. Condition or2. Size or3. Number of panels or ??For example what would you charge for a conny 12ft wide 8ft deep, 9ft tall. 5 glass roof panels. Only 3 sides as attached to back of house.cheers guys
Hard to do it off measurements. Find a pic on google images and post it up
I used to just pull a figure out of the air when pricing a conny roof clean or regular window clean.I now work on the followingRegular window clean = 50p a window / door most of mne work out to £6 to £8Roof Clean = polycarbonate £5 a roof panel if its glass which takes longer then £10 per roof panel.
price high and say it may be a bit cheaper depending on how long it takes. then you wont be out of pocket mate. badly covered panels i normally put a neat solution of white spirit on a sleeve and mess it up a bit then wash it down with the wfpole from there tap. the spirit will leave a oiley film on the panel. hope this helps you a bit and all.
Great thanks very much. I am in Hertford in the SE and custys have more pennies than up north. I was going to start around £80-100 and then see the reaction. Having done one last week I know that the job I do on a conny it ends up looking brand new. Can take around 2-3 hours. I dont have a problem spending that amount of time as long as I paid accordingly

good luck with it!
