ROUND 2 - DING DING
« on: July 05, 2012, 05:50:34 pm »
We have been doing 2nd cleans this week with WFP.

Every customer (450+) I told to phone me if there was any problems with the first clean (WFP), and I didnt recieve any calls.

Earlier on in the week however, 1 annoying lady said she wasnt happy and neither was the lady next door with the results first time round, so I said well why didnt you phone me?! Also, when I went next door, she said there wasnt any problems, so I caught lady 1 out.
I still cleaned them and she paid  ;D

So, all in all, its been a success.... so far. Untill we have cleaned every property twice, I wont know everyones reaction to it.

Oh, and ive now noticed instead of 'youve missed a bit' when up a ladder, its now 'thats cheating' when out using the pole  ;D

How much time do you reckon it saves?

had a couple of complaints,  one with new leaded windows    frightened the brush would danmage  lead, said marks from drips off lead,  been a good cusy for years so i will do trad,    next door said a few water marks left on windows,   said i will check next clean,    sure enough    a few spotting marks around edge of windows left after wfp clean     2nd clean yesterday    went up ladder seen marks when dry,   wiped off.    water 000 reading, using a dual trim gardners brush,  seem to get dirty spotting on   sills   and cladding as well.  may change brush.  cant afford to loose any cusys,  the less the oposition have  in your area the better.

hi johnny bravo, i just noticed about the leadys. tell them washing up liquid eats away at the glue and over time destroys it so the lead falls off the window.  every leaded custie of mine loves wfp becouse they come up perfect with wfp, but only perfect trad if your willing to sacrifice scrims :)

On large jobs, leaded windows and georgien windows, its saves LOADS of time. Jobs that would normally take an hour for example, we are finishing in 20 mins etc.

We still need to pick up speed on the 'normal £10 houses' which will only come in time  ;)

I have a one man 250ltr system, with one employee... Using WFP for upstairs and tradding the bottoms is an ideal way forward for us at the moment.  ;)
