Here's some figures I've been given just now by a leading leasing firm
4 year leasing - Vauxhall Vivaro
Deposit = 6 monthly payments @ £1164 +VAT = £1397
48 Monthly payments @ £194+ VAT = £11174
Credit acceptance fee @ £125
Registration and Road Tax @ £270
Final balloon payment of £4450+ VAT = £5340
Total cost inclusive of balloon payment and VAT is £18306
I've been informed that the van "should" be worth around £8k after 4 years, doing around 10,000 miles a year.
Alternatively I have found this on Perry's site -
http://www.perrys.co.uk/vauxhall-vivaro-2.0cdti-115ps-van-2.9t-euro-5/vans/offer-194634-40983Which is selling at £15594 inc VAT
I know there are significant tax benefits to leasing, I'm not sure how buying outright compares, but I'm going to do some further research.
