hi,just finished cleaning twelve rugs, high end job, expensive rugs. All big rugs, two of the rugs have leather straps on the backing.Thing is these two rugs not sitting flat, turning up in some areas and turning under in some areas.I would say they will just flatten out but dont want to bring them back to custy like that. There about 16x12,so not easy to just throw about.Any ideas ???

Yeah, let them fully dry out, or force dry under the leather.
They are not fully dry under the leather binding which causing expansion shrinkage.

As Paul has said they need more time to dry, and time to relax back into original shape again.

Worse case scenario if they are still like it after a while I would lay some blanks around the edges or hardboard over and leave it, this normally forces it back into shape again.
