SimPole just behind SL-X
« on: July 02, 2012, 08:40:27 am »
Simpole is just behind the SL-X currently. SL-X is out front with the likes of Elite, Glyder ect lagging behind.

Two votes for the SLX, one for simpole, all the rest zero.

Oh so relevant.  I have never seen, met, read of or heard of anyone using a simpole.  Ive not even seen them mentioned on this site.  I wouldnt know where to buy one (their websites awful, Ive just looked and that doesnt help).  I wonder if they are just signing people up to vote for it? That could never happen, could it, someone rigging a vote online?

Just searched for simpole on this forum and it looks like one person ,Jeff Brimble, owns one.

Yet its second in your poll?

Remarkable.

Just checked out the videos on the Simpole site - amazingly unprofessional.

Don't somehow think Mr Gardiner has anything to fear

Possibly, but heres where he said it, http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=124304.msg1073329#msg1073329

and this is what he said he owned:

24ft Assassin Killer
20ft Assassin Ninja
16ft ninja
21ft ft harris
30ft Unger telepole
18ft Zensorflex
29ft Gangster
60ft Emporium
54ft Map F16
60ft M16
42ft Simpole

So one Simpole out of 11 poles.  Hardly compelling.

Anyway, we've now found out it's a poll of poles including the USA so the results are going to be completely irrelevant.  They have fixe times our population, so probably five times the windys, so the whole survey is skewed towards products we will probably never buy.  Pointless.

not true, the nominations include, the elite(waterfed pole company) you could buy this pole, the slx and clx from gardiners, you can buy these and stuff from ionics and things from unger and the reach-it mini , which is looking very good, the publication is free, enjoy it ;-P

and im really interested in the elites from the waterfedpole co so i will be looking to how they are rated, so it will be of use to me

Richard is right.

There are a lot of brands sold in both countries. In fact I believe Alex Gardiner gets lots of orders from the US. He has distributors over there. For example when the GrippaMax wfp system came out he already had sold a lot to the US on pre-orders.
