yep still leafletting , down to 2000 a week at minute as we catch up. no point adding to a busy schedule in mass at the minute ,as soon as im straight im gonna do 5000 a week.

started a fella a month ago and so far hes ace. meticulously clean on the windows and steadily speeding up.
bought a new /old van last week with 1300 ltr tank in.
just gotta be tidied up ,plylined etc then signwritten and it is good to go.

that will be 2 man van running a 1300ltr system and 1 man van running 650 ltrs doing first cleans, gutter jobs etc etc.

this time next year i forecast another 2 man van set up

having spent hours talking to my mentor lee pryor i decided to go with the 2 man set up because:

my 2 man van will be my team leader and a new trainee.
New trainee will be next van team leader and soforth.

i will be CONCENTRATING on doing first cleans , connys, fascia jobs etc etc etc and trying to drive MY business forward.
leaving the 2 man van doing JUST doing maintenance cleans
so day in day out cleaning from me will need to be dropped soon.
the hours it takes doing backend stuff is mad.

plotting leafletters areas & tracking the gps trackers dates, invoicing, making detailed worksheets, making idiot proof satnav routes .

AND i really want to go back canvassing to maximise my leaflets but time is my enemy at minute,
