Why cant they be done from the ground Colin? Id price them up higher than £50 and I would do them first thing in the morning, probably around 6a.m, id pole them from the road. You go off the flat roof and your opening yourself up to all kinds of laws, for one I reckon mcdonalds own the roof so you need their permission, then is it strong enough, then you need to harness your self, then you need access, you can throw a ladder up there mate its a very very busy place. If you dont have work in town mate price it high and if you dont get it dont worry, if you do have work in town then price it as you want and start early, then pop off to do the rest of your work

You must no the building Ste
I would need to be in the road to pole them,

I'll  need to speak to Ronald at macdounlds  as the
Windows they have on the 1st floor are always clean
And you couldnt get them from the road so I'm thinking there's I-bolts
Up there but I'll have to cleck I've got more work in town
But i wasn't thinking the £50 mark mate

yes mate i know exactly where it is, I will more or less gaurantee you that who-ever cleans mcdonalds windows does it at a silly time like im saying, most of town is cleaned in the early hours, if you can pole it from the floor it will take you an hour tops. if i was you id use hot as well as it looks like it aint been cleaned for a long long time. Didnt know there was anyone up there still to be honest, that side of town has died so im surprised really.

I would charge around the 100 mark, they look tricky windows to do with them vents in the top ones, and the flat roof to contend with.

dont forget you will dirty the windows just above the roof so you will have to clean these as well when you ve finished the top 2 rows.

i wouldnt even take the job on.too much hassle for me unless i could clean the windows from the floor.
price higher/work harder!

Im thinking Id want over a ton on the regular clean. Id have to have a good look to see if Id charge more for the first. Ideally yes, probably go in at £130 for the first.

Looks like a right dogs leg to do, wold be quite happy to not get the work the way it looks.
