hi mate. as your up the road from me what do you get your water down too before di. i use a merlin and only get it to the 30's and im thinking this is too high.
What ro do you use and whats your ppm before resin?.

You should get your TDs down to at lest 10% WITH JUST A RO IF NOT THE MEMBRANES MIGHT BE SHOT.

I get my tds down to 15ppm from 357ppm using a purfreedom 300 gpd system then the water goes through two 10" di filters.

I also run the ro for a few minutes  to getb the tds reading down before i connect it to the di
