Susan I have missed your welcomly honest posts thanks for coming back.

Upholstery cleaning is a necessary evil which paired with the more profitable carpet cleaning but if you don't want your customer to go to someone who offers both services it's something you have to do.

I look at it like this, suite's are hard work and take loads of time compared to carpets, so if i'm going to do it, i want to be paid well for it, some i win, some i lose


I'm with Billy on this one, and the potential for problems are 10 fold compared to carpets.
Basic suite around the £120 mark with an additional £40 for the carpet if done at the same time.

I charge £100 for a suite, if i clean carpet same time its £120, Takes about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to finishing job, im happy with that.
