ANOTHER Job Pricing
« on: June 13, 2012, 12:19:39 pm »
Sorry guys, could do with your help again.

Quoting a 4 bedroom detached house:

The images are only of 2 sides of the house, there are an additional 5 windows between the other 2 sides.

The house has annoying UPVC paned glass windows. See images above.

How much would you charge for this? North East location, Trad method.

Opinions please  :)

is that correct photo it looks like a semi in driffield? conservatory? one-off? do you not have a standard charge for a house like this and then just bump up for any awkward windows?

It's not a semi mate, it's detached.

The smaller image, of the house with green door is the wrong house for some reason. The larger image on the right is the actual property.

It's a relatively new build so Google a bit dodgy.

It doesn't have a conservatory either.

Thanks

can't be the correct photo they all look like semis? anyway £15 for a small detached at a guess time yourself if it takes longer than expected reserve the right to adjust the price at the fourth clean is one way I would do it if pricing blind ... don't dither name a price there and then do it and adjust accordingly
