Hi suds

the order went out via FedEx on the Friday using their next working day delivery. You should have .

Regarding any missing components - I have no record of this but unfortunately this sometimes happens for various reasons and please accept our apologies.  If you rang yesterday to inform us of this I'm sure the replacements will turn up today (next day) or tomorrow depending on the time of day you rang. If I can be of further help, please let me know.

apology accepted Alex. but i think the truth is that the order was not picked up and the girl i spoke to processed it there and then on the 10th.
still managing to send the wrong hose reel and missing another two items off the list but heyho least i got a baseball cap for my trouble.

Hi suds

I've been down to the Office and they have clarified that the order was printed off on the Wednesday ready for the workshop on Thursday (7th, according to the workshop pole records) for Fedex pick up on Friday.  It was noted that you had requested a single trim brush which unfortunately was out of stock so the Office rang and left you a message to see what alternative, if any, you wanted in view of this.  The Fedex label was printed ready on Friday but as the Office had not heard back from you they held onto your order until they got hold of you on Monday.  It's a shame this delay occurred (I presume you did not receive the original phone message) and then was compounded by the incorrect hose reel being sent to you and other items missed off and I can understand why this would cause you to be like you said 'cheesed off'.  Hopefully the situation is now resolved but if not, you know where I am.
