Windows set back beyond the roof line, rooflights and those above crenellated porches and bays and ground falling away can be very deceptive.
I have similar properties in Clifton Bristol and this is why I bit the bullet and went longer as my old slx35 struggles.
And have a shorter pole 20ft pole laid out ready for the lower stuff so it's not too heavy.
Price? £100 monthly or £120 two monthly. Less a fiver/tenner if they pay on presentation of invoice (i.e. you don't have to wait for your money)
