This is a block of oap flats i do regular, i tried doing one of the flats on the top floor with a porty once, and it was only once!  ;D

It's amazing the length you can attain even with a small blower.

I do these granny coops, I tend to just pad them now unless there's been some leakages.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

I use the TM but a portable on autofeed I would imagine even with cold water would do the job on a light to medium soiled suite.

Somtimes I think the heat and vac power from a TM is overkill on a suite.

Mark

PS. the problem with MY truckmount is it drinks a full tank of water for one suite and if theres no outside tap its a real pain.

Use TM for everthing where possible much quicker than lugging a porty to the top.

except i run mine up the stairs  ;D .

I remember a  3 or 4 years ago i was cleaning a 4th floor lowered the hauled the hose up through the window realised had not brough any thing up to tie the hose up with , I asked custy if he would mind holding the hose while i ran downstairs,  low and behold i,m stood on the pavement and suddenly the hose comes shooting out of the window with the end flapping away at the top, yes  smashed his window ::)
He had only let go to answer his phone  ;D   he blamed his self  :)   so just the glass below to clear up fortunatly nobody stood below.

What are you on about about?

You carry up your hoses as well...

TM: Carry hose up, drop out window = Setup Complete

Porty: Lug it all up, fill it up, empty it, lug all down.

Not like that I dont!
