I know all about Cool Trader, from my days with Iceland.

The guy that started Iceland, was ousted after an alleged dodgy insider share trading, ie. selling loads of shares a few days before an important annoucement which would have reduced their value.
He started up the Cool Trader chain, just has he had done with Iceland.
When Iceland started to go tits up a few years back, he retook control and now they have both chains of frozen food outlets !!
