Don't know if ds was just messing or if being hard and realistic but it worked for me - nearly 11:00 o'clock this morning and I'm watching it P down and work to be done.
Gave me a kick up the a**e.
Hate working in the rain -  Feel really uneasy but until they tell me no I've got to try.
I don't think I will work in more than moderate rain but certainly Poley Poley work - we're wetting the windows anyway

at least you wont have to educate the 3 new customers that you can work in the rain  i was same when i first went wfp i thought the customers would just say no not in this rain but not one said anything , i do about 16 houses on a street these have maybe only been done a few times in dry weather in fact when i go there now some of them call me the rain man .

I get the same from one of my customers, every time we clean her house it is raining, apart from the last time to which she said could you come back when it is raining, had to laugh at that

You know how it goes magic-the winter will be the driest on record and the water companies will be predicting the begining of the encroachment of the sahara across france and into our little corner of ol' blighty :
Keep going with the canvassing mate-I know its a bit of a downer with the weather constantly being pants,you just gotta hustle when the sun peeps its head out
