Yes soft water mate but still use ro and di .  yes its a good city good walk along the river with dog on a weekend then stop off at the pub. Mike

No bother george , But £10 for a house is good going , I do have average prices for houses for instance

£6:00 for a 2 bed house
£7:00 for a 3 bed house
£8:00 for a 4 bed house

This not taking into account porches , extensions or connys .  Mike
