If you are interested in  subcontracting work then you will have to get a price per job I would be interested in pricing for anything above 1200 sq mtrs but any less than that would not be worth the travelling. There is no such thing as rates as there are too many variables. You will probably not get a lot of replies to your post as a contract cleaner who says that our blokes normally do it does not have a clue as to what professional carpet cleaning is. It depends whether you wish to offer your clients a proffessional service or just send in some monkeys with hire machines or rug doctors.
