If you don't bother with yell.com please go and check your free listing hasn't been hi-jackedI happened to go on yell.com this evening to see how the results come up and had a bit of a shock.
There's a cleaning business popped up recently in our town. The cheeky **** has gone onto the free listing for my business, and also three others in my area, and "claimed" them as his business. What he's done is add a web link to his own website - it still says the right company name and phone number for the listing, but if you click "go to website" it goes to his web address!
One of the other businesses is no longer trading, but I've phoned the other two guys and told them what's going on, and we've notified Yell
Trying the official channels first, then "traditional" methods if that doesn't work

Stupid sod is using his home address to trade from so will be very easy to go and have a "quiet word".
Raging.
