window cleaning/ communal cleaning
« on: May 18, 2012, 04:42:32 pm »
While quoting a large retirement block I was asked to quote for communal cleaning of hallways and stairwells.
Anyone do this, what is involved?
Any advice appreciated.
Thank's
Ronnie.

i do two ronnie,  i just take me henry with me and and a cloth, hover hall way, lift , stairs, entance and upper hall way, wipe banisters and skirts. job done. the missus done it 90% of the time and just give he the money.

nice arnt i  ;)

i put £10 an hour on it for a cleaner but i over estimated how long it would take to do them so quids in.

i think if they got another price i would be dropped
keep it simple
