tryed to phone them on saturday morning to order an
18ft clx and a 25ft slx. No answer, not working saturday
morning? i thought would have thought they'd have someone in the office!
  so saturday night i went online and ordered the above poles. I'll have them thurs or friday i thought.
   Imagine my dismay when they arrived TODAY. Even worse both poles and brushes with packaging and free gift (baseball cap) weigh less than my 25ft brodex.
