Do yourself a favour and buy a cheap pay as you go phone and give them that contact number, if my experience is anything to go by, the calls will drive you mad!!!!!!!!

Maybe something like this:

Local window cleaning company seeks a motivated, smart and reliable person. Ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with the general public and work in a small team. Duties will include cleaning windows, gutters and power-washing mainly at domestic properties. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Please note there will be a 3 month trial period and that the job can be a physically demanding role. Driving license is not essential.

Also when interviewing do it by phone first as you will need to get the wheat from the chaff. Thoroughly look at their CV and find out what they are all about. I made a mistake recently and he turned out to be the wrong type of person.

Dont even get me started , job centre is a waste of time , the only people that applied to me were the ones that were told to or lose the benefit , i had about 6 to55ers in as many months .
The only one that was any good was SAJs brother in law , he left due to unforseen circs.

Get a custies son is my advice , far less likely to take the P as you know mummy and daddy !

yeah avoid the job centre been there done that.. they make half the people go to the interviews to get there dole money so there  usually not interested half wont even turn up for a interview... be prepared to go through alot of crap and let downs before u get someone good.. if u get someone good.

I wanted to expand to 2/3 vans more if possible but after the headaches of employing i just give up nice steady round is alot easier and better..in my opninon
Dave.

See , i just gave that advice and im not putting it to practice , i have had a custie constantly ask me for work for his son since my last bloke left , he has a part time job in a garden centre and works hard , i have seen him do it , the old man works there to , he just tops up the pension , he doesnt need to work as he had a high flyer job and owns his 425k house .
I just think that he knows his son is not as well gifted or lucky as perhaps he was when he left school and wants him to get on doing whatever .

Maybe i am missing a good opportunity myself , i dont want to take the gamble though !

dont take on a lame dog!    ask a few searching medical questions, maybe  make a joke about "have you any demons? " ,see what they admit to

.  ask them about what time they go to bed -if its 1 a.m. you know theyll be unhappy about a 9 a.m. start routine

also ask "do you smoke? " if they answer "what, cigarettes?" chances are they smoke dope too

i doubt its "otto" ,he went  last autumn . " Dopey " was good as gold ,just dopey  and he too was last year .  in January came "rinaldo" , the laziest of all,but not malicious . then next was "kingsley" ,crafty+ lazy , i doubt its him.    then a daffy girl i forget her name as she did only 1 day, then came nutty Lorraine ,its not her style

after that lot ,in  came "FRASER " ,I put my money on it being him, childish Friar-tuck lookalike  , with a mum you dont cross easily
