Commercial Price
« on: May 09, 2012, 12:37:08 pm »

Hi

This is a photo (of part of a building) I have to quote for

I also have to cost for the panels too but break it down in the quote.

So an any one help winth 1. Cost per window (up & down)
                                         2. Cost per panel

To break it down there are a total of 42 windows on the 1st floor .. the same on the bottom Floor... and the same amount of panels...

Also would you treat the quote as :- 1. One off clean 2.  1st Clean followed regular 8 weekly say  3. just straight forward cost per window & panel which will aplly to all cleans thereafter..

Thanks

i'm in the North East too if that helps with price

Hi

Thanks for that

no above the upper large window is a smaller window the same size as underneath

Ive already sent in the quote..had be there by 430

Quoted higher than £165 .... but lower on an 8 weekly by £10 (windows only)... then reception entrance and windows wants doing in/outs on a 3 weekly...in addition to the 8 weekly..(so costed that separate)

seing this i'm happy with my quote/ costing .. ( basically £1 per window and £1 per panel) then clagged i bit on top ..

see how it goes..

thanks for the response though
