Well I agree with the others but come to think of it.Cos of the way your water is you will safe moneyThe tap water idea ain't so bad I do this on bad corny roofs then I rinse off with pure water from my vanSo if you wana save resin you could do all the PVC frames everything then just rice off with pure water should be fine.I wouldn't use the ladders cos they will want that each time
Hi AllThey came up lovely but I used a lot of water. They were really what I was dreading to start with - Victorian sash windows hope no water got inside but I did explain any problems and I would call back.Cleaning the underside of the top frame was the hardest part. The last one I did I got a shock when I saw water running down the INSIDE of the patio door!I called back when she was in and cleaned the inside of the patio doors for her she was O.K. about it no damage to carpets and delighted with the fact that all the frames and doors were done.Every 4 weeks and she is going to tell her mum!!!!I have found that WFP will find weaknesses in the property that rainfall doesn't though, just have to make a note of it for next time.Granny
Hi DMCTDS between 85 and 95 out of the tap.Got the idea off here - Winproclean and Dazmond use that method I believe.I will always need DI anyway, so I don't see a second vessel as a waste of money rather a good investment. If I have to go RO then I will have to but I'm on a meter, plus I'm a bit of a tree hugger and can't bear to see all that waste water going down the drain if i can avoid it!It will cost in resin but the advantage I can see is I can dump the contents of the tank when I want. Fill up on the fly.Drain the tank and pump overnight in winter and fill up in the morning.Bypass the DI vessels and clean with tap water if there is no outside hose.G.
