Here is a list of the parts it needed

Heat exchanger (2 of the 3) original from Chemspec
Pump rebuild kit (new from manufactuar)
Temp control sensor (new from US manufactuar)
Dema valve (new from US manufactuar)
hose replacement from pump to heat exchanger (new from local hydrolics place)
3 inch hose from blower to waste tank (This was free from local hydrolics place) I only needed this as i have moved the waste tank from back of uniy to side of unit.
Pressure bypass valve (new from US manufactuar)
Exhaust gaskets (from Chemspec)
Oil change (Halfords)
Spark plugs (Ebay)
Oil filter (Ebay)
Air filter (Ebay)
Diode for wiring (new from US manufactuar)
Pressure gauge (Ebay)
Temp gauge (Ebay)
temp sensor (from Chemspec)
couple of fittings (Ebay)
female quick connector (Ebay)

Parts also sourced just incase

Header tank float switch (from Chemspec)
skinner valve (solenoid valve) (from Chemspec)
Spare Heat exchanger original from Chemspec

It was a great challenge sorting this machine and was a chance to put my skills and patience to the test. It was a nightmare stripping it down as it was in a hell of a state. The waste tank had 10 inches of sludge (solid) in the bottom and the auto pump out was solid with sludge but nothing a good clean didn't sort and to my suprise the auto pump out still worked.

I have also sourced all manuals, wiring diagrams water flow diagrams and complete break down drawings of entire machine and all parts. (A massive thank you to Chemspec Europe for help with that side of things).

For me it's not about the cost. It is about the bringing it back to life and now looking after it. I was brought up to look after my toys and still do. I just do not understand why people buy these expensive things and just run them into the ground. The WHOLE set up, including van (03 plate) stands me at just under £3000. First job pulled £675 back in. This set up will have earned it's money back within 1-2 months.

I got it from Chemspec. It was second hand from a scrapped machine. £200
