best brush for fascias
« on: May 03, 2012, 06:53:42 pm »
As the title says. What is the best brush head for fascias and guttering?

Do the brushes manage to get in under the gutters to properly clean the fascias?

Any info appreciated.

You will find that the standard brushes available for wfp do a general cleaning job but will not get impacted dirt/cobwebs easily from behind the gutters or the gutter brackets.

Sill brush and medium Mix brush I find are really good on soffits/ guttering/ cladding

Sill brush I'd quick due to the amount of bristle's and splay

Medium mix is great due to long soft bristles on the out side
Get in to all the nooks and crannys, and the black shorter bristles
are great for scrubbing

But if you use viro- sol there is no need to scrub  ;)
keep it simple

Gardiners stiff sill brush, don't like it on the windows, but brill on fascias and gutters.

What you want is a Gardiners superlite DT flocked with the 45 degree angle
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go
