Had can you come next week text as I don't get payed untill then,I thought about it and with advice from previous posts my reply went as follows.."I'm sorry but im unable to alter my round as I'm busy providing a regular and reliable service to my customers and if I was to change dates of cleans I risk becoming late with my service,however I'm happy to clean your windows and you pay me via bank transfer once you recieve your pay......blah blah blah,anyhow whithin 5 mins she agrees to this.

I suppose where I don't have many custys ,I can't realy afford to be messed around to much so would rather lose them now and concentrate on better,I have taken this gamble so my business will be on my terms ,and won't be used as a windy on call,,,,,unless the pay is right

well said froggy mate,dont be so quick to dump if couldnt rearrange i would
skip  to following month most customers are good as gold a small amount
are messers which doesnt take long for you to work out

there are also a small amount of customers who especially at the moment
are having problems and if they are genuine and upfront with you i have no
problem with going with the  flow,a small amount of flexibility can never hurt.

i have a few every month who dont say "clean them next week im skint" but pay me double the next month.im happy with that as i know ill get paid eventually when i catch up with them.

Its no crime being skint. Lots of people are finding it hard at the moment. I would just treat it as if they were out.

The house is a pain ,as need ladders to get on a flat roof,as the back has extensions etc,and she 8 weekly as it is,when you have a handful of custys mess you in the same few days ,patience where's a little thin lol.

I'm startin to learn these are exactly  the type that will mess you around m8!! I never phone any in advance but have agreed to a couple as I like you havnt got many customers so don't want to turn any down because of access etc. I phoned one yesterday (leaded that hasn't been done for years)and she now has said after only one clean she only wants em dne now and again she said she was over the moon with the last clean so I said ok just ring me when you want em doin like a fool aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggghhhh lol I only agreed cos she's nice lookin but I can see me never hearin Frm her again

Well I turn up she had cash waiting,certainly not skint,it amazes me how people must feel like its hassle having the windows cleaned?
