Ok so I am not suggesting we title it like that but I think we ought to push this side of the business more forcefully - who does not enjoy cleaning a completely empty house or flat - I have felt for some time this is an understated area all round and I've got to say it can be the most satisfying (and quickest) part of what we do in terms of carpets? Natch not always most profitable...

It would need some sort of concerted marketing effort and a tag line that we could all buy into and use:

Got an empty house? Now get the carpets cleaned!

Its a wheeze that we could all try to push for with a variety of potential customers, not just letting agents and EOTs but with estate agents in terms of general moving in and out - I know often the deadline is very tight and often the completion and house buying/selling chain system leaves us out of the loop but its worth a try - we need to get all the people in general more receptive to the notion of cleaning ALL your carpets as a nice healthy thing to do for the next occupiers of that property as a parting gift or something you should allow time for before you let the removal men clutter the place up again - maybe Derek would like to push this as a marketing initiative from TACCA...
