the problem i have is that i cant really have water storage other than in my van so the 2 di bottles work well in that i can turn on the tap and fill my van tank, so if i have to change the resin quite often i have no choice

Ro and di tds is around 230ppm out the tap, on a serious note it does last a long time, around 12months for the first lot when system was new.

I would get an ro mate, i use a 40/40.

there are loads about if you look mate, the car washers run by polish guys tend to have a few (i got mine a while back from them) £50 each.

search ebay also as they normally pop up.

if you have any mass food places near you they have them.

remember to flush the ro and prefilter before you attach to di or it will kill it very quickly
