Tried having someone work for me,but what a head ache it is.Well the latest one has just left and i am now wondering on what to do.The way i see it is:
put the price up , and hope some take it and some  leave.
sale some.
try another person.
work from 8am to 6 pm, 6 days a week
drink a whole bottle of whisky and make it all look better

any thoughts

Having been in your situation is the reason I would never go back to employing. I kept the most compact work and sold off the rest.

Depends what you want.are you wfp wightsurf?because if your not that's one way of getting more work done without a helper.raise ur prices as well if you haven't for a while(2 yrs).you'll also not have to work all them hours stated to earn well plus its easier to work in the rain.
price higher/work harder!

Finding someone who has the ability and willing to work does not seem easy.

Its not about what i  can earn, its about all this work i have and the way forward.
Do i try another is the main issue here i think.

Employing can be a nightmare at times, when it works it works it is only you can decide if you want that hassle of not mate.  ;)
