telling custy im changing to wfp

hI Guys

Mangaged to get a full days work in today it aint been to bad the odd shower but some good bright spells, also picked up 5 new custys  :)

Any how ive started telling my custys now that next month ill be using wfp system and they have all been fine with it after explaining the health and safty issuses and the ins and outs of how it works.

But did you guys tell each custy or did you just turn up and start cleaning wfp?

it would take me ages to tell all my custys as some arnt in when i call, would ytou drop a leaflet explaining?

Just turn up as normal mate and only bother explaning when they ask . Mike

I agree,dont tell unless asked,when I changed over to WFP,I did consider popping a note through the door to explain,but this would have taken to long,so never bothered saying anything,although they all know now,some i'd been cleaning for nearly a year before they knew,usually their not fussed,as long as they ain't gotta clean em lol  ;D.

Never told any. Just expained it if they were in.

Had a few phone calls from disgruntled customers who got home before the windows were dry, but after expaining to leave them to dry all was good.

Think I had 2 cancellations from around 400

just go about your work as normal , they wouldnt tell a joiner what hammer or saw to use so why should we let them tell us what tools to use .

you got a point there lol , but if i was to ask a coal man to bring me a bag of coal it wouldnt matter if he delivered it on a push bike as long as the service is provided  (a bit deep that lol )

some will moan .. some wont .. some wont give a toss .. some will sack you cos your not risking life and limb .. some will go "oooo you only been here for 5 minutes" others will go "oooo there still wet wont they dry funny ?" ..

but and this is the important bit ... its your business so you do whats right for you .. if you loose some then go find replacements .

oh and after several explanations you will have at least 1 old dodge pot u will have to explain wfp to every time you go  ;)
