It's based on the book "A Book of Dreams" by Peter Reich about his father Wilhelm.

Kate Bush plays the son and Donald Sutherland plays the father. Good little video and very topical.

Excellent song and video, Malc.
The delightful Ms. Bush having short hair in the video; not her best look; but that is the winner.
I didn't know about the book, though.
