Hi Gold,
OK - I have a tap which clips to my belt. Why is the aquadapter a significant improvement? Serious question.
A lot of our customers have switched from an inline tap or pinching the hose to an Aqua-dapter. They say that they save more water (obviously this means you can fit in more jobs, filter less water, reduce refill journeys etc.)
You might be happy with it attached to you, but some find it restrictive and don't like the loop of hose. If it were to leak you could have the problem of a wet leg.
Although Tosh obviously disagrees, most say that it's quicker too. I *think* Tosh uses our hose though

With the Mk3 you can remove the Aqua-dapter and brush just as easily as with a brush for use in tight spaces. Tosh has his hose on the outside if I remember correctly, which of course would make using the brush by hand easier in this specific circumstance.
If Avo has been using it for over 18 months, it must have been a Mk2, the Mk3 is already lighter, 185g, which is just a little more than an iPhone with case (165g). We'lre working on reducing weight, as long as we can keep the reliability as good as it has been so far, and of course improve it.
Similar to the personal preference over different types of hose, there will always be those who prefer different methods. Aqua-dapter was invented to make controlling the water easier, and make the working day more profitable.
The results of our latest survey, and reasons why customers would recommend to others are included on our blog.
