Customers live in a bubble, they dont give a monkeys that you have done 25 houses perfectly fine that day whether its rain or shine. They just see dirt on their sills... I think working in the rain is perfectly fine with common sense, if its bouncing off the patio then you KNOW its not going to turn out well so it shouldnt get cleaned in my opinion....
